His previous experience managing operations, sales, and customer service teams was critical in developing the best practices and processes that have made ResponsePoint valuable clients. He is focused on the contribution that an efficient and sustainable sales pipeline makes to campaign performance and the improvement of clients’ return on marketing investment.

Susan Clark


Susan has over 20 years of experience in operational management and joined ResponsePoint in June of 2000 to lead the company’s contact centre operations.
Susan is a champion for improving customer satisfaction by reducing customer level of effort. Susan’s strong skills in project planning, employee development and contact center management have allowed ResponsePoint to continually exceed client expectations. Susan has a bachelor’s degree in English and Education from Caldwell University.
